For your convenience the above electronic form has been provided.  It may be used simply for comments etc, or for purchasing. 

     All sales will will include shipping costs, and a small charge [ 2.9% + $00.30] for credit card processing.  Shipping will be done through a UPS Store, who will professionally, pack, box, and ship the pieces.  The items will be marked as Fragile, and insured.  They will be shipped slow boat unless requested otherwise.  To allow usage of credit cards, and ensure security, payments will be made through PayPal. 

    Therefore the procedure will be as follows.  I recieve your request, and calculate the final charges and send you a bill generated by PayPal.  Once PayPay notifies me that the funds have arrived I will ship.  At this time I will send you the tracking number, and the ETA.
